Using the Relationships Panel

Every curriculum component has a Relationships panel that appears either at the bottom or right side of the component screen, depending on the size of your browser window. The panel displays the connections between this curriculum component and other components, attachments, standards, and so on. Each type of component displays different information in the panel to best represent its connections.

  • The Relationships panel for a course displays linked Units, Resources, Attachments, and Standard Sets.

  • The Relationships panel for a unit displays linked Standards, Lessons, Resources, Attachments, the course it is Linked From, the Unit Info, and the Duration of the unit.

  • The Relationships panel for a lesson displays linked Standards, Strategies, Resources, Attachments, the course and unit it is Linked From, and the Lesson Info.

  • The Relationships panel for a resource displays linked Standards, Attachments, and the Resource Info.

View drop-down ( arrow_drop_down )

Allows you to switch between the Hub, Editor, or Attachment views.

Add ( add )

Allows you to link a new item to the component.

Unlink ( link_off )

Appears when hovering over a linked item. Selecting this icon removes the connection, and the item no longer appears in the Relationships panel for the component.

Linked Curriculum Component or Attachment

Selecting a linked curriculum component or attachment (if the attachment is viewable as a PDF or in Google Drive) opens the selected item in a preview pane.
