Adding an Event

In order to edit a calendar, the staff member must have rights to the calendar. You can edit the calendar from the Calendars tab.

Step 1: Select the calendar from the list. If you have access to more than one school, select the correct school from the drop-down menu, and then select the calendar.

Step 2: Choose the date from the calendar in the upper-right corner, or click on Week or Month view to choose a date.

Step 3: Highlight the time of the event by clicking and dragging.

Step 4: Enter the Title and Description for the event.

Step 5: To enter a location, click the Location tab and enter the location name and address. When you enter the address on the web calendar, Google Maps will open to display the event location.

Step 6: Click Submit

After you post the calendar to the web, future events automatically appear on the web calendar as they are added.
