Re: TEA Update (9/12/2023)

• Axiom is using the scales as released in the 2023 preliminary Accountability Manual (posted 5/19/23). General

• When creating a Monitor Group via the Axiom Student List Table, zero students are added to the monitor group.

Domain 2

• Scaled scores for Domain 2 Overall Score are not pulling from best of Academic Growth Score or Relative Performance Score

Domain 1

• In Domain 1 calculations, AEA campus scale scores may be at 0. Recalculate data.

Domain 3

• Resolved - calculations related to EL Proficiency.

Domain 2

• Domain 2A Accelerated Learning Points Table - display issue impacting "Low Did Not Meet". The correct description should be "Did Not Meet" as the calculation is including all “Did Not Meet” values.
• Domain 2A Academic Growth Table - display issue impacting 0 point values

General

• Student List Table - does not populate data when exported to .xls.

• Resolved - Overall score calculations within Performance Summary domain table
• Resolved - Inclusion of CCMR scores within Domain 1 and Domain 2B Relative Performance scale scores for ES and MS campuses

Domain 2

• Resolved - 2A Academic Growth Chart is not populating all necessary values

• Resolved: fix for accountability subset calculations to correct the issue of underreporting students. This will also resolve issues with campuses incorrectly being set to "Not Rated".

Domain 3

• Resolved: EL Proficiency (Domain 3) - students who receive a performance rating of Advanced High or Basic Fluency (ALT) are now being included in the calculation.

Through August 11, 2023

Domain 3

• Resolved: When entering in data under Additional Data Entry, data from the Two or More Races field is being duplicated in the High Focus field.
