New and Improved

With accountability season in full swing, Eduphoria has updated and released Axiom for 2025. Visit Getting Started With Axiom to reacquaint yourself with the basics and explore the new settings and screen layouts, and see the Axiom FAQ to learn what’s new for the 2025 season.
We have also added a school configuration option for high schools that don’t have CCMR. Under Configure Schools, be sure to update your school type to High School (No CCMR) if it is classified as a high school but does not graduate students, so you have better data for Domains 1 and 3.
We've added five TI calculator options for online testing: TI 84-Plus (graphing), TI 84-Plus CE (graphing), TI-30XS MultiView™ (scientific), TI-34 MultiView™ (scientific), and TI-108 (four-function). On the Author screen, you can select these for your assessment from the Online tab.
Constructed Response items now save every 30 seconds during online testing. As students take the assessment, the Exit button remains grayed out whenever their text input hasn’t been saved, mitigating the risk of losing text.
All Science resources for lead4ward reports have been updated, with a new report layout from lead4ward. Additionally, Grades 8 and US History Social Studies reports have been updated to allow 2024 and earlier STAAR data alongside the current Social Studies standards.
When you need to report problems with Item Bank questions, you can now select from common issues within a drop-down menu. These options also populate within emails that the system sends to the recipient as part of the general comment.
Beacon
Eduphoria’s newest curriculum management and lesson planning platform is now available! Beacon streamlines curriculum management, lesson planning, and analysis, empowering educators with the tools they need to succeed. With a variety of curriculum creation controls, you don’t have to build everything from scratch. Start from a template, import files from your computer, or pull them in from Google Drive. You can even create multiple curriculum components at once. Using the Curriculum Explorer, teachers can then drag items from a robust curriculum library directly into their Planners. We can’t wait for you to get started!
Management
Management now has a new look and feel, where you can access all of the same features with modernized navigation. The new menu labels more accurately describe which types of data you can manage from each screen, helping you get where you need to be faster.
Want your district to integrate with RapidIdentity? We now support it! Contact [email protected] for more information.

Bug Fixes

Administer
Limiting the questions teachers can score to constructed response and text entry means they will only see these item types on the Enter Answers screen. Other item types will display if you change the setting to include all questions in the Administration tab under Author.
Analyze/Data View
We have fixed an issue where performance level indicators weren’t showing for the 3-8 RLA STAAR Preliminary data file. Be sure to reimport your file to see the correct data.
Assessments
We’ve resolved an issue preventing users from employing bold formatting when editing an interactive item type. All text formatting options should now behave as expected when creating or editing a question.
Item Banks
Users can now preview item bank questions as expected before adding them to a test. You can expand and collapse questions as needed.
Upload Test File
The data for the 5-8 RLA STAAR Preliminary file now displays in Quick Views and student profiles. To see the most accurate data, reimport your 3-8 STAAR Preliminary data file.
