Eduphoria welcomes the new Eddy! We have also updated the look of our software interface to match our current branding and offer a more cohesive user experience. The interface changes do not impact existing software functionality. Learn more about our UI Branding Update.
The STAAR Quintile Performance and Growth Report is available to teachers linked to an SIS account, principals, and district data viewers. Use this interactive lead4ward report to highlight performance levels, student growth credit levels, and a chosen demographic across five student quintile breakdowns—each using STAAR assessment data.
Users who have access to CRIMSI, lead4ward Rubric Assessments, STAAR Released Tests, and TEKSready item banks can now harness Prebuilt Tests.
Want to preview and copy an assessment quickly? Users can select Preview Test and Copy Test under the Actions column in the Author table and in Prebuilt Tests.
Item Bank Settings have been updated to Staff members may create and contribute to local item bank items, allowing users without assigned rights, like most teachers, to create local bank items and submit them for publication within the local item bank.
Students now see My Assignments on their testing site. When students log in to Eduphoria, they see two tabs under My Assignments: Tests and Reflections.
The T-TESS v2 and T-PESS v2 now display as locked versions of the T-TESS and T-PESS NEW frameworks. Locked frameworks increase data fidelity for districts by allowing for templates that are more easily updated and shareable within the Eduphoria community.
TEA's new T-TESS Alt D1 rubric is available with an alternate version of Domain 1 for teachers who use packaged lesson plans. This new rubric helps ensure teachers are evaluated more fairly when using lesson plans provided by departments, schools, and districts.
Districts can now organize student growth information from a single location with Manage Student Growth! Districts can import all student growth data, no matter how it is collected, into Strive. Manage Student Growth allows districts to make student growth data available for the TIA Export and the TIA Correlation Report.
The Analysis and Reports table now has saved filter functionality. Saved Filters in Strive allow users to save a set of filters as a preset.
Aware
Analyze/Data View
Academic Growth and CCMR data are now calculated correctly in Axiom. Be sure to recalculate to see the updated data.
Empty NWEA MAP data columns will display as blanks instead of zeroes. We prefer working with a clean slate, too.
Assessments
Users with access to relevant item banks will also have access to prebuilt tests. Districts don’t need to use the "Staff members may create and contribute to local item bank items" setting for staff to see prebuilt tests in Aware.
We’ve resolved a display issue when the system lists multiple resources to add to a test. The bottom resource will no longer be cut off from view as if we were ashamed of it.
Users can successfully scroll down the list of learning standards for item bank questions. Add questions from item banks at will!
Student Online Testing
We’ve added an internal timer to verify test status after five minutes of student inactivity. Students will be removed from the active testing window if they try to answer a question or move to another question after five minutes of inactivity have passed since the last save.
Strive
Courses/PD
We’ve corrected an issue preventing users from unenrolling in courses. While employing the "Attendees should not be able to register for two courses at the same time" setting, users can unenroll in courses on the Course Catalog page.
