The Staff Search screen allows administrators to view and search all Beacon users at their school or district by school, name, or email address. Selecting a row in the list opens the selected staff member’s planner.
To access this screen, select Staff Search from the Management section of the main menu.

1 | School drop-down | Filters the list to show only staff members at the selected school. Options available in this list depend on the schools that you have access to view data for in Management. |
2 | Search by name or ID | Filters the list to show only staff members with a name or email address that match your search criteria. |
3 | Reset Filters | Clears all filters applied by the School drop-down and the Search bar. |
4 | Staff List | Displays the Name and Email of all staff members. Selecting a row from the list opens the selected staff member’s planner. |
