Users with the Analyze Curriculum Courses right can view planners for all staff members at their school or district, depending on the level of access granted to their user account in Management. For more information about what you can do with this right, see Beacon Rights.
Quick Guide
Select Staff Search.
Use the School drop-down and/or the Search by name or ID field to filter the list.
Select a name from the list to open the selected staff member’s planner.
