New and Improved

Aware

  • Want to quickly calculate your mastery trackers for your students, but there’s too little time? Teachers can now automatically calculate mastery based on district-defined thresholds, which include mastery labels, descriptions, and percentages. You can also set Focus Standards, allowing you to better track the specific standards you want your students to master the most.

  • We’ve updated LockDown Browser to the latest Windows (2.1.3.06) and Mac (2.1.4.00) versions. Be sure to follow the LockDown Browser Updates release notes to keep track of future updates.

  • Bluebonnet assessments are now available to Texas school districts. All assessments are available as prebuilt tests for K-5 Reading Language Arts, K-8 Math, and Algebra.

  • On Text Entry questions that have multiple answers, you can now select Mark as Correct for each individual Text Entry answer. Using this button helps maintain data integrity, and you can revert changes if needed with the Unmark Correct button.

Bug Fixes

Aware

Assessments

  • We’ve fixed an issue causing the ruler to render incorrectly. It now displays as expected.

Facilities&Events

Software Error

  • Users can print their events successfully. We’ve addressed the software error preventing the use of the feature.

Management

Manage Users

  • New user accounts created through Remote Authentication with Custom Roles enabled now default to built-in roles. This feature allows new users to select their school while setting up their profile and is found under Management ( build ) > Organization Settings ( settings ) > District Settings > Security.

Strive

Evaluation Process

  • We’ve resolved an issue preventing users from accessing evaluation management tasks from the Overview. Clicking on any incomplete, overdue, at risk, or on track items should now take users to their Activity Tracker as intended.
