Shared with Me lists the Name and Email of staff members who have shared their preps with you. Selecting a staff member from the list opens their planner. For example, if you are a department head, you might request that the teachers in your department grant you access to viewing their planners so that you can better track their progress through units. As a mentor, you might need to view another teacher’s planner to provide constructive feedback and help them structure lessons.
This screen is a short list, best used when you only need access to a few teacher’s planners, such as your team or department. If you have the Analyze Curriculum Courses right, you can use the Staff Search screen to monitor planners for the whole campus or district, depending on your level of access. Staff Search includes filters and a search bar, allowing you to more easily find a specific staff member in a long list.
To access this screen, select Shared with Me from the Planner section of the main menu.
