You can use the Shared with Me feature to view a list of staff members who have shared their planners with you. Selecting a staff member from the list opens their planner.
For example, if you are a department head, you might request that the teachers in your department grant you access to viewing their planners so that you can better track their progress through units. As a mentor, you might need to view another teacher’s planner to provide constructive feedback and help them structure lessons.
