The Online tab of any assessment now includes an option to sync student supports before students begin taking the online test. If a student’s supports are updated after the test entry is created, a test author or administrator can use the Sync Supports with Test Entries button to update student supports for all students tied to the assessment.
When a student starts an online test, a test entry is created. To agree with this phrasing and clarify the action triggered by the button, the Delete Individual Answer Sheets and Delete All Answer Sheets button labels on the Administration tab of an assessment have been changed to Delete Individual Test Entries and Delete All Test Entries.

My Planners now includes two tabs: Planners and Day at a Glance. The new Day at a Glance tab provides an expanded view of your plans for today or tomorrow, making it easier to review the details of each lesson without navigating through the full planner. Use Day at a Glance to quickly review your plans and access the materials you need as you prepare for or teach the day's lessons.
We have expanded the capabilities of the Copy Plans workflow, allowing you to copy plans from any prior year instructional calendar and across preps.
You now have more options when formatting text inside content blocks. When you hover over a content block, an options menu with three icons appears. In addition to Add, which allows you to insert a list; image; standard; lesson; or resource, and Color Palette, which allows you to assign a color to the content block, a Format Text icon appears. When you highlight text in your content block and then select the Format Text icon, you can then bold, italicize, underline, or add a hyperlink to the highlighted text.
When working in content blocks in your planner, after taking an action, such as typing, editing text, or dropping in content and so on, the Undo and Redo buttons becomes available. Use these buttons to easily undo or redo actions within the plan.

Form builders can now mark most form items as Required for the document creator to complete before sending the document to their staff members. Any item marked with a red asterisk (*) is a required item.
Matrix Response items can have up to eight columns on a document. For easier readability, switch between Matrix View and Dropdown View on the document at any time.
Have complex matrix scores? Now, you can enter them as decimals up to two places as well as whole numbers.
We’ve also simplified how many clicks it takes to edit details on a form template. You can now edit the Header section directly on the template itself as well as collapse and expand the section at will.
Sometimes, a process manager can change the process, causing previously created documents and goals to be abandoned. Evaluators can find them in the Unattached Documents and Goals section of a staff member’s evaluation process and move them back to the relevant task in the process.
LIFT forms are now available to all organizations in the Prebuilt Forms tab of Form Management. As with other Prebuilt Forms, you can review the LIFT forms and make copies of them to use in your various processes.
We’ve updated the Document Summary export to include additional columns needed for the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA).
Management
Districts can manage each school’s access to Eduphoria applications from the Licenses screen in Management. Searching for schools and assigning the appropriate licenses to them has never been easier.
The Users screen has a new look. This updated interface makes it easier than ever to search for user accounts within your district.

Assessments
We have hidden the Edit Math Speech tooltip within the test editor of Drag-and-Drop items. This change prevents feature collision and saving issues with the Text-to-Speech Override option.
Deleting a content clarifier from the Online tab no longer unlinks questions from a resource. All questions linked to a resource will retain their affiliations after the content clarifier is deleted.

We have resolved an issue where a flagged student response was AI-scored in Enter Answers but given a zero in Quick Views. The correct score now shows in Quick Views. Users should rescore any affected tests that used AI Scoring, but any manually entered scores will be preserved.
Item Banks
We have fixed an issue with the TEKSReady import. Audio files should now play correctly.
Users with publishing rights can publish items that were created but left in a Draft state. Items in a Draft state should no longer be stuck, with certain users types being able to publish them or submit them for approval.

The STAAR Quintile Report now calculates annual growth scores correctly for students who skip a year. The report locates the next most recent year and calculates scores accordingly.
Reports
We have updated the histogram of the Student Test Summary Report. Now, users can see labeled x and y axes for the number of students and the number of correct answers for the school and district. In addition, the bar in the graph highlights the number of correct answers for an individual student.

Evaluation Process
We’ve added back a signature line to print-out versions of documents. Signature lines are shown on the document regardless of whether one, both, or neither party has signed.
We have addressed an issue that caused slow response times and saving issues in Walkthrough documents. Users should be able to record and save data as expected.
Manage Student Growth
We’ve fixed an issue where deleted users were not displaying in the Manage Student Growth table. All relevant users should now display as expected.
Reports
Some users were showing as attached to the wrong process on the spreadsheets of certain reports. Assigned processes should now match before and after exporting.
We’ve resolved an issue where staff members had an inaccurate number of walkthroughs assigned to them in the Evaluation Status report. When using the Summary by School report type, users should see the correct number.
Various additional issues have also been addressed.
