New and Improved
Aware
You can now add, edit, and remove delegates, as well as manage your delegates’ assignments and workflows, all from the same screen. See Managing Delegates for more information.
Single Test Analysis has a new Section/Period filter for administrators. You can use the Testing Instructors and Section/Period filters only by selecting one testing school at a time. However, once you’ve selected your school, you can then select multiple instructors or sections.
In previous versions of Aware, items and assessments were linked to courses. This terminology has been changed to standard sets to better describe what is being linked to the item or assessment. In some cases, the course you are teaching might use multiple sets of standards. In this new workflow, you can select one or more standard sets and, where items are linked to individual standards, view lists from all selected standard sets. The following articles have been updated to reflect these changes:

Form Management now has a Prebuilt Forms tab—a place where you can review forms for use in various Texas-based evaluation processes, such as T-TESS, T-PESS, and Bluebonnet Learning, and copy them to your Active Forms table. Eduphoria has provided these forms for your use, so feel free to use, edit, and assign them in ways that fit your district’s needs.
We have updated the character limit for Long Text Response Items on forms to 5,000 characters, allowing evaluators and their staff members more space to share their observations, comments, and feedback.
You can now add a Dropdown Selected Response item to a form. Provide a prompt to your evaluators and staff members and allow them to select an option from a drop-down list.
Matrix Response items have a new checkbox under Rows that states: Include a text box with each row (for user to input observed evidence). Checking this box grants space on the document for users to record evidence as they conduct their evaluation.

In addition to viewing coverage of standards, Scope and Sequence now allows you to analyze strategy coverage as well. Select Instructional Strategies from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen to see how teachers are using instructional strategies in their lesson plans.
You can now attach files from your computer or from Google Drive when creating or editing units. This allows you to create one or multiple units quickly using your existing resources.
Management
The Schools screen has an updated table that administrators can use to search for and locate schools to manage.
Bug Fixes
Aware
Axiom
We have updated the final CCMR data file. Users who received an error message previously should reupload the file.
Item Banks
We fixed an issue that was causing new delegates to be removed after users completed setup. Users should now be able to see and manage all delegates they have created.
Users should now be able to add questions from different item banks to a test at once. We have resolved an API error that prevented this action when adding them to the test from the question cart.
Upload Data Files
We have updated the ASR and MSSA files for New Mexico. Users who attempted to upload a file before the update and received an error should reupload.

Evaluation Process
We have resolved an issue that assigned tasks to users from processes they were not tied to. Evaluators should see the correct tasks assigned to each staff member.
