Summary of recent events:

Around 10AM CST our production environment stopped responding to traffic with a DNS error.  This affected all production users resulting in an error message.

After investigation we discovered our primary and secondary Domain Controllers were unavailable in Production.  This prevented frontend web servers from being able to access other AWS resources.  We re-started the Domain Controllers, which restored connectivity across production.

Immediate next steps for Eduphoria:

Continued support investigation with AWS; determining options for additional DC redundancy.
