Data Views allow test creators to access, manage, and save views of assessment data tables. Users with a saved data view can search, manage, and favorite saved data tables!
The Student Confidence Ranking tool in Aware Premium lets students rate how confident they feel about test answer choices and provides insights to educators about students' decision-making and metacognitive skills.
The Speech-to-Text feature allows students to speak their answers in English or Spanish, which will be automatically typed into a constructed response text box. Users with the Manage Student Supports right can enable or disable Speech-to-Text for the appropriate students.
Student Profile is accessible in Aware Beta or Aware Classic. Users can drill down to the student profile by double-clicking on the student's name from a data view or by using the Search feature in the Students tab.
Student Score Summary reports are updated. Students can see standards and reporting categories when reviewing submitted responses. Students get a clear picture of correct or incorrect answers, partial credit answers, and graded or ungraded answers.
Users can navigate to assigned Reports in Aware Beta! Teachers may view a Student Forms Status Report or a lead4ward Teacher Subcluster Intervention Report. A user with administrative rights may view a lead4ward Campus Subcluster Intervention Report or an At-Risk 110% Accountability Report.

Editing a Text Entry question won’t reveal the answer to students. In the Construct Your Question window, clicking in the box would cause the answer choices to appear next to the placeholder, which students would see.

Principal users can pull unsigned document reports for other appraisers on their campus. Some principals experienced an issue where they were unable to view these reports, but Limited Appraisers could for all appraisers on campus. Now that’s just plain backwards.
Users can print survey results for Strive courses. No more blank PDFs. Begone.
Teachers can attach a Student Portfolio on a Student Growth Goal without issue. A disconnect occurred between Strive and Aware. Teachers would get a white box instead of the Create Student Portfolio option in Strive but would see Portfolio Snapshot. When going to Aware to attempt to attach a portfolio there, Aware informed them the portfolio was already attached to a goal. Who’s on first, who’s on second?
