Product Releases and Bug Fixes: October 31, 2023

• Drag-and-Drop item types now allow test authors to set one or many correct answers per box. In addition, we’ve added an Order Doesn’t Matter template to get you started.
• In partnership with Region 10, Eduphoria now provides the TEKSready assessment bank. Explore how to build beginning- and end-of-year assessments using this bank of prebuilt assessments.
• Teachers can filter their assessments to their Monitor Groups on the Administration tab. When administering the assessment, teachers can choose an appropriate Monitor Group on the Online Test Proctoring tab.
• We have updated the ACT importer. Importing ACT test data into Aware requires a 301 Column File, a 360 Column File, or a Variable Column File, each saved as a CSV to import successfully.
• Test authors can enable Text-to-Speech for content clarifiers added to resources only, even if they have disabled Text-to-Speech for the assessment.

Analyze/Data View

• Performance level indicator data displays correctly for 2022 6-8 STAAR assessments. The Performance Level Indicator column now shows in data views.
• The Lexile Measure column is available in data views. This column was previously missing from 2023 STAAR Reading Language Arts data.
• We fixed an issue with users pulling the 110% Report. Data now populates as intended.

• We have corrected the Leadership Report Card from showing percentages over 100 in Checkpoint 3. All systems go, Captain!

Single Test Analysis

• Performance levels within the Performance Level Summary populate data correctly. The system marked students as Does Not Meet even when they had achieved a raw score for a higher performance level.

Student Forms

• Going forward, app home screen notifications will clear as users check them and complete actions. Reach out to Support to clear already-existing notifications.

Student Monitoring

• Users no longer need to manually manipulate imported Student Access Lists to change their status. Users can set them to Pending Approval status and campus principals can approve them without further issue. 

Test Administration

• The Tests Available page no longer exhibits random occurrences of extending. Monkey D. Luffy, is that you?

Upload Test Files

• Data files include performance level indicators for Science and Social Studies. Users can also see these indicators in data views.
• We’ve updated the importer for Summer 2023 STAAR EOC files. We recommend for you to reimport the data file to obtain English I and English II scores.

• We’ve added a check that hides deleted accounts when enrolling users for conference sessions. Filters only show active accounts.
