There are several issues that you can run into while testing. Let's look at some common problems and the usual causes.
- "Why are my answer sheets printing blank?" (Administrator printing from Assessments tab)
- Make sure that the student's campus and course is selected in Administration > Students for the test. If the test is set for Students for selected teachers for printing, then the teachers will have to print.
- Make sure that there are no filters selected that are excluding the students (generally you will need no filters set at all).
- "Why are my Teachers not seeing the test in Tests Available?"
- Make sure the student's campus, course/teacher are selected in Administration > Students for the test.
- Make sure that there are no filters selected that are excluding the students (generally you will need no filters set at all).
- Make sure that today falls within the test's Available Dates in Administration > Collection
- Make sure that teachers are allow to print in Administration > Collection
- "Why can't my students see their test online?"
- Make sure the student's campus, course/teacher are selected in Administration > Students for the test.
- Make sure that there are no filters selected that are excluding the students (generally you will need no filters set at all).
- Make sure that today falls within the test's Available Dates in Administration > Collection
- Make sure that the test has been started for the student
- Check the Test Proctoring to make sure the student hasn't accidentally submitted for scoring. If they have, return it to them.
Then there is the subject of Team Tests. Team tests are fairly unique. Like Teacher Tests, they are designed for Teachers to create and administer them. Unlike Teacher Tests, Administrators can see the data for Team Tests.
- "Who can create Team Tests?"
- Technically, no one! In that Team Tests will always start out as a Teacher Test. Once a Teacher Test is created, the teacher has the option of Sharing With Team in Administration.
- "How do Teachers copy a Team Test that they gave last year?
- Just like before, the test will have to start as a Teacher Test. The Teacher will select Create a New Teacher Test and select the Copy an existing test option.
- They will see the test types and can simply drill down to the Team Test that they want to copy.
- Remember to then go to Administration and Share With Team!
