| Determine which processes need frameworks (such as which ones will be monitored for growth/goal setting). Verify which frameworks and standards you want to set for the processes you will monitor for growth. Update existing framework language and dimensions as needed. Add new frameworks if needed for tagging goals, evaluation documents, and professional development.

Note: Eduphoria provides locked framework templates that help ensure data fidelity and simplify the process of using forms. The current templates include T-TESS Alt D1, T-TESS v2, T-PESS v2 , and T-SCESS. You can find information about updating to the new locked frameworks at Setting up the T-TESS v2 Evaluation Process, Setting up the T-TESS ALT D1 Evaluation Process, and Setting up the T-PESS Process. You only need to create frameworks for any other processes you have that use multiple elements over time for comparison.
Task 4: Update Evaluation Templates

| Access current evaluation forms for principal and evaluator feedback. Verify that you can obtain good data and reports from evaluation templates. Visit Prebuilt Forms in Form Management to determine if other evaluation forms would be more effective (coming soon). Make copies of the prebuilt forms and edit as needed (coming soon). Build a new form, edit existing forms, or copy forms as needed. Tag evaluation forms with domain and dimension. Determine document options, like signatures or copying data into the summative. Ensure that Student Growth is added to the evaluation process per Texas Education Code Chapter 150, Subchapter AA, §150.1001(f)(2).

Task 5: Update Processes

| Review your T-TESS and T-PESS evaluation processes. Build additional processes as needed. If applicable, set the framework for each process. Not all will need a framework. Make sure student growth is part of your T-TESS process. Determine if Student Portfolios in Aware and Strive can help with your student growth tracking. Manage appraisal alerts in Evaluation Setup to send alert notifications tied to the district evaluation calendar and encourage staff members to set up evaluation status emails.
