Eduphoria will perform maintenance to all primary district database clusters according to the schedule outlined below. Users can expect a one-time occurrence of limited downtime (between 30m - 2hrs) during this maintenance window. Any maintenance operations will occur outside of standard business hours (maintenance may occur between 6pm CST - 6am CST weekdays, and on weekends).
Maintenance window: Thursday July 25, 2024 through approximately Saturday August 17, 2024
- Weekdays: 6:00pm CST through 6:00am CST (nightly)
- Weekends: 6:00pm CST Friday through 6:00am CST Monday
During this window, Eduphoria will perform a version upgrade to each database. All operations will resume standard functionality immediately after the maintenance window.
These upgrades introduce performance improvements as well as several new features, including additional character set interoperability within Eduphoria applications.
