Teachers can print their Student Portfolios to document and reflect on their instructional impact, especially for evaluation systems where student growth is a key factor. A printed or PDF version provides concrete evidence of progress toward goals, supports summative conferences, and creates a permanent record of assessment data and reflections.
Best Practice: Print your portfolio at the end of the school year before data is archived. Once the school year is over and data is archived, you can no longer access that data.
Quick Guide
- Select My Process from the main menu.
- Expand Goal Setting and open your Student Growth Goal.
- Scroll down to the Portfolio Snapshot.
- Select the Name of the portfolio, which also serves as a link to the portfolio in Aware.
- Once on the portfolio screen in Aware, select Print.
- A preview of the PDF opens, containing data for each student in the portfolio. You can now save the file to your device or send the file to a printer to print a physical copy.
