Download Appraisee Data

To help track evaluation and appraisee data, you can use the Appraisee Data button to download a spreadsheet of Campus View data. This will help track appraiser and appraisee type for individuals at each campus. 

Data collected in the spreadsheet contains:

• Appraisee Name
• Appraisee Type
• Appraiser Name
• Subjects taught by Appraisee
• Grade Levels taught by Appraisee

Filtering Data

Using the filters on the right side of the screen will allow you to customize the download data for your needs. You can select filters for:

• Appraisers (if given role for viewing other appraisers at the campus)
• Sorting rules (alphabetical; number of walkthroughs)
• Appraisee Type
• Grade Levels
• Subjects Taught

Once your filters are selected, select the Download Appraisee Data button to receive a spreadsheet of data matching your filtering rules.
