Aware Navigation Release Timeline

Eduphoria is committed to providing the best experience to the educators and students who interact with our products every day. As part of our commitment, Eduphoria’s engineers are building an updated navigation system for Aware. 

The Aware updated navigation effort is part of Eduphoria’s initiative to improve user functionality. We will share information online and through email as we progress through these developments. Information is available in our online help guide or by reaching out to our Customer Support team with questions. 

Throughout the 2022-2023 school year, teachers and education leaders will continue to be able to move seamlessly back and forth between the old and new navigation options, and saved data and documents will continue to be accessible in either option.

Test Authoring
  • Test authors can create new tests using all four existing create options.
  • Test authors can navigate to Pending and Active assessments to edit/manage.
  • Test authors can navigate to Archived assessments.

Test Administration (Teachers)
  • Data analysts can navigate to a View for a test for which they have data, choosing a Quick View Template first.
  • Data analyst rights include
    • teachers with rostered class periods or approved Monitor Lists and
    • users with data viewing rights, i.e. Analyze Tests, Analyze Subjects, and Analyze Grade Levels.
