Mastery Tracker is now available for Aware Premium districts. Set up a Mastery Tracker to identify key groups of students and monitor their mastery of standards over the course of an academic year.
Monitor Groups have evolved. Teachers and staff members with approved access to students can create personal Monitor Groups. Users can also create and manage their groups in Aware’s new navigation.
A new Accountability season means Axiom is back. We have updated Axiom to account for recent updates to 2023 Accountability per the TEA’s 2023 Preliminary Accountability Manual. May we also interest you in a nice webinar during this trying time?

The Item Bank can be a vast, unknown frontier—so we’ve added a search bar to the Questions & Resources tree to help you locate the course you’re looking for faster.
We’ve added Brother ADS4700W as a recommended scanner for Aware Plain Paper Scanning.
2022-2023 STAAR Released Tests are available within Aware. Access the fully-built assessments (with content clarifiers) via the Copy Existing Test function or search the STAAR Released Tests Item Bank to use a selection of items in your local assessments.

The Career and College Exploration Standards are now available. Update accordingly for the 2023-24 school year.

We resolved an issue that displayed all learning standards as 100 percent. What a perfect world that would be.
Learning standards for Grades 3-5 Spanish RLA STAAR assessments display correctly. You may need to reimport the file for the standards to become available.
Local assessments show performance levels in summarized data views. An issue prevented performance levels to display anywhere besides the Individual Student view.

Leadership Report Cards generate for ELAR assessments as normal. Please don’t send a note home to our parents.

We updated the importer for the June EOC Early Preliminary files. Be sure to reimport the file as needed.

Appraisers will be emailed when appraisees add messages to a reflection document. Appraisees were originally receiving the email notification instead, but this isn’t a “note to self” situation.
