We’ve got exciting news: our knowledge base is getting an upgrade this summer! Whether you're troubleshooting an issue or diving deep into product features, finding the help you need is about to become faster, easier, and more intuitive than ever.
Here are some of the key features and improvements that you can look forward to:
- Smarter Search – Our new search tool allows you to search by title, content, or category to deliver more accurate results with better relevance. You can even start a conversation! Utilizing the power of AI, the search scans articles throughout the knowledge base to answer your questions without leaving the home page!
- New and Updated Flags – New and updated articles are flagged in the left navigation menu, so you can easily spot recent changes.
- Always-Visible Table of Contents – A floating table of contents scrolls alongside you, so you can easily navigate sections without needing to scroll back to the top.
- Dark Mode, Activated – Support content shouldn’t strain your eyes. Switch between light mode, dark mode, or match your system settings to read articles anytime, anywhere.
All existing links to help articles will automatically take you to the same content in the new help center, meaning you don’t need to re-bookmark any saved links. If you are subscribed to any articles in the old online help guide, you can resubscribe in the new knowledge base by selecting the Follow button at the top of the article.
After the initial launch, you can continue to look forward to improvements to the navigation and structure of articles, as well as additional accessibility features.
